President’s Letter to Delegates and Committee Chairmen 8th April 2008 Dear Delegates Sporting Code Section 3 Rewrite At the Plenum meeting in Rome you asked that we provide more opportunities for the Sporting Code Section 3 to be studied. The following timetable has been agreed with the Sporting Code Committee: 19th May A 2nd Draft of the SC3 will be published on the IGC website and sent to the nominated reviewers (“beta testers”). This Draft will include the feedback on the document from those involved in beta testing the first draft. 1st July Last day for making submissions and comments on the 2nd Draft. 15th September The Final Draft of the SC3 will be published on the IGC website and sent to the beta testers. 1st November Final day for comments on the Final Draft. Please note that comments on the Final Draft should not include suggestions and submissions for substantial changes to
